I’m Here With You

Dear Friends,

I know that many of you are feeling sad, depressed, angry, anxious, overwhelmed,or disturbed, among other very challenging emotions.
I also know that some of you are celebrating.
And I know that some of you are feeling no different than any other day.

This message is especially to those who are struggling.

Some of you are seeing an impending doom for our future. You are concerned for your safety. You are in fear for the safety of those dear to you and much of our fellow humanity. You dread what may be the outcome for our many plant and animal relatives and for the Earth that we call home.

Today I just want to say that I am here with you.
I will remain here with you tomorrow and in all the days ahead.

I can’t control much, certainly not the leaders of a nation.
But, I will take responsibility for myself.
And that responsibility includes holding peace within me, for me and for you.

I promise to love humanity, all of humanity, whether we share the same views or not. I promise for this love to emanate through my words and my actions.

I’m going to continue doing my part for Earth, humanity and our plant and animal relatives, no matter who is president, no matter what laws are in place, no matter what is socially acceptable.

I am with each of you, whether you are out being of service, or needing to take some time to take care of yourself.

Taking care of ourselves is important. The dominator society wants us strung out and anxious.
For that reason I will hold my peace within and walk with you from this centered and balanced place of integrity.

You are loved.
You are not alone.
You are with millions of others.
This humanity has seen many difficult times in our lifetimes, in the recent past and in the distant past, and look, here we are.
Together.
