Update: Our six months in Saint Petersburg, Florida is complete. Here is a video sharing our work:
I have returned to Florida be of service to the good people of this land and to create a home base where I can be of service around the world.
After two years of service in Orlando in 2018-2019, and then a year of traveling, I have settled in the community St. Petersburg for the winter. I have established a team of people to work and live together in service of the people in our community and to the communities we travel to. This year we will be sending out 10,000 free seed packs, planting hundreds of Community Fruit Trees, building Gardens for the People, starting 100 community seed libraries and attempting to rescue and compost one million pounds of food waste! Our focus is being of service to food insecure communities and people who would not otherwise be able to afford or access these resources. We generally just want to improve quality of life for everyone that we can and shift our society in a more regenerative, equitable and just direction.
Much of this work will be done here in Florida, but a great deal will be done by helping fund and support the creation of grassroots initiatives and action across the USA and the world. I am continuing to work with my partners at Live Like Ally Foundation who provide much of the financial support to accomplish these projects. We are offering grants and support to help others start these initiatives in their communities.

A community fruit tree is a publicly owned fruit tree that is easily accessible for anyone to pick from. A sign next to the tree invites people to enjoy the fruit. Each tree can be found on the online map below that is brought to you by our friends at fallingfruit.org. We plant Community Fruit Trees in many different locations where the public can access them including residential front yards and businesses with access from a public sidewalk, in the medians between streets and sidewalk, at schools, in public parks, in churchyards and along bike trails. These trees are planted where people walk every day and where they are highly accessible.
