Seek truth through experience
Seek liberation of my mind
Seek the mastery of my mind
Seek to live in deep truth – to open my mind fully to society – to have no secrets or lies, nothing to hide
Seek to let my past become my past. To live in the full present and the future. Gradually to live only in the present. Publicly share all of my deepest past acts to liberate myself of them and exist in full transparency.
Seek to exist in a state of universal love – love – compassion – empathy
Seek to live in full service to humanity
Seek to fully surrender to life
Seek to take every action with mindfulness and from a state of presence
Seek to exist in a state of gratitude for everything in front of me at every moment and to celebrate life for myself and all.
To have nothing to protect
To have nothing that others can’t have.
Sleep in the streets among the homeless community until I see them as full humans, as brothers and sisters, as equals. To have no separation in my mind between a “homeless” person and a person living in a home. Theoretically I already believe this to be so, but until I feel it fully with my heart, without a shred of doubt, I will remain on the streets whether that takes days, weeks, months or years.
To give up all possessions and money as a means to embrace that I am fully dependent upon humanity. To overcome the delusion of separation. To overcome the delusion that we are different. I will not own a possession until I am confident in my heart and mind that I am a part of the whole of humanity. That I can look at any human and see myself in them. And thus, that I feel a resounding love and compassion for them and I experience no enemy image of them whatsoever. Another way of saying this is to exist in a state of universal love.
To own nothing, yet have everything I need.
Travel where I am most needed in service.
To not need anything.
Noncooperation
In parks – growing food, foraging, NVC practice, empathy for anyone, clothes making, clothes burning, simple living and sustainable living classes

I broke this down into 4 numbers, on a 1-10 scale : How much I want to do this, what my ease in doing this is, what the ease of doing this is while existing in non-ownership, and what the easy of doing this is while practicing impermanence. Where two numbers exist, that is a range, example “7-9” is a range of 7 to 9 out of 10.
