Meet Jen Gardner. She thinks today’s wasteful society is crazy, and she’s doing something about it.

Millions of pallets end up in landfills each year. She collects landfill-destined pallets and salvages the good wood. She has a small outdoor workshop behind her house where she hand-makes beautiful and useful things. She sells them on Etsy, as well as locally. She enjoys her work and lives a simple life. Almost everything in her house is made from wasted pallets too!
