Beach Clean-up Participation Form
Hello Dear Friend!
This is the sign up form for the Yu Menglong Ocean Beach Clean-up Action in collaboration with the 1 Million Community Fruit Trees Initiative.
For every Beach Clean-up Action taken, the Community Fruit Trees Initiative will receive funding to plant 1 million community fruit and nut trees over the next decade.
Your act of service will not only help the ocean, local communities, and wildlife with a beach clean-up, but you will also be contributing to the planting of community accessible fruit and nut trees!
To join us, simply choose a local beach (or any site if you don’t have a beach nearby) and spend 5 hours cleaning up trash there.
Example of how to reach 5 hours: 5 people cleaning for 1 hour – 10 people cleaning for a half hour – 2 people cleaning for 2.5 hours.

We encourage you to get the local community involved and share this challenge to help beautify local beaches and support the Community Fruit Trees Initiative!
