We are delighted to provide you with the Food Forest Starter Bundle to help you break free from the grocery store and to take one more step to living in harmony with Earth, humanity and our plant and animal relatives.

These plants:

  • Provide substantial yields of food and medicine
  • Require the least maintenance and time to manage
  • Have the fewest “pests”
  • Need the least water and fertility
  • Are some of the most likely to thrive
  • Are easy to propagate and store propagation materials so that you can effectively share plants with your community
  • Many are culturally appropriate foods within Black, Latinx and Indigenous communities

What is in the Food Forest Starter Bundle:
We currently are only offering seeds, and not cuttings, for a total of 14 plants, not the 28-32 in the cuttings and seeds bundle that was previously offered and is shown in the video.

  • Seeds of 14 different plants with ~5-50 seeds depending on the plant. A total of ~280 seeds.
  • All plants are sourced from the community in Florida, meaning they are adjusted and adapted to this region of land.
  • Educational content to help you to grow this bundle (see below).
  • Note: The Food Forest Starter Bundle is designed specifically for people in Florida, which includes regions that are USDA Hardiness Zones 9-11. We are available to offer the bundle to anyone regardless of growing zone, as long as you are aware that this is the case.

  • East African/Ethiopian kale/Amara (~50 seeds)
  • Cranberry hibiscus (~10 seeds) currently out of stock
  • Molokhia/Egyptian spinach (~50 seeds)
  • Hopi Red Dye amaranth (~50 seeds)
  • Bidens alba (~25 seeds) currently out of stock
  • Sorrel/Roselle (~10 seeds)
  • Luffa (~5-7 seeds)
  • Daikon radish (~30 seeds)

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship plants and seeds to United States addresses only. Due to regulations and high costs of shipping internationally it is not feasible for us to send outside of the US.

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage Mail weekly on Tuesdays from Asheville, North Carolina. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

You will receive an email with tracking information on the day we mail your order. 

Note: If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages as we are currently operating as a grassroots from multiple locations.

All the packaging, including the tape, is 100% compostable. Here is our simple guide on how to compost at home.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

We are a very small team here at Regeneration, Equity and Justice in service to Earth, humanity and our plant and animal relatives. We are not for profit and 100% of your donation is used in service. We are not a nursery and we do not sell plants. Our mission is to provide food liberation for those who truly need it and your support through this donation helps us to do just that!

We do not have the capacity to process and accept returns. All orders and donations are final. 

We take responsibility for providing clear and integral information and sending you what you order. From there, the responsibility is yours to utilize the resources you receive.
